These service terms explain TweetLens archive requests, purchases, access, delivery and refunds. Read the specific offer before paying. Your saved order records its scope, full price, delivery time, access period and included media; these general terms do not replace those agreed details.

What an archive contains

TweetLens makes captured X posts searchable and browsable. Coverage is limited to the posts and media described in the offer. A capture is not a verified complete lifetime record, and we do not promise to recover posts X no longer makes retrievable unless a saved copy is available. Replies, quoted posts and other context may be missing.

The free public collection can be browsed without buying an archive. Purchased archives are available to accounts granted access and are not automatically added to that public collection.

Requests and prices

Requesting a quote is free and does not charge you or commit you to buy. We review what can be provided and confirm the scope, price and delivery timing before checkout. Prices start at $10 per archive; larger or sensitive archives can have an individually quoted price. The amount shown for the selected offer is the full one-time price. There is no subscription or automatic renewal for these archive purchases.

Some offers have a different price or media availability for the account owner. Eligibility is checked against the numeric X identity used to sign in. The specific offer explains any such restriction.

Sign-in, payment and access

Use the same X account to order and view your purchase, and provide an email address for delivery notices. Browser payments use Stripe Checkout. The separate agent endpoint accepts Stripe shared payment tokens for cards; it does not support stablecoins. Additional cardholder authentication through that endpoint needs support. If payment needs review, keep the saved order and contact us before attempting a different payment.

If an offer has an access deadline, save anything you want to keep before it expires. An offer that says “No scheduled access expiry” has no scheduled viewing cutoff; it is not a promise of permanent hosting or complete capture of future posts. Buying access does not transfer ownership of other people's posts or media.

Delivery and refunds

Delivery is complete when the agreed archive is available in the TweetLens account used to order. You do not need to open or download it for delivery to be complete. If we cannot make it available by the promised deadline, we will refund the payment. Leaving a delivered archive unopened does not trigger an automatic refund.

Refunds return to the original payment method, and your bank may take time to display them. If access, payment or a refund appears wrong, contact hello@tweetlens.com with the account and order details. Do not include full card details or passwords.

Content, privacy and contact

Use archived content lawfully and respect the rights and privacy of the people represented in it. Access to a copy does not establish permission to republish it or a transfer of copyright. TweetLens is a separate service from X.
